Course Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, vouchers may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed. After 14 days, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once a voucher has been redeemed towards a course booking, the cancellation and refund terms applicable to that course will apply.
